how young is too young to take your kid to a panthers game?

My daughter turned two in May, and I know she's still to young for the game experience, but I've also seen some little-ass kids hanging out at the endzone seats collecting touchdown footballs from Cam. I have always thought five or six is a decent benchmark, as much for the other fans in the stadium as for the kid (no one wants to be stifled by sitting next to a toddler (same reason I refuse to bring my kid into a bar to eat.)

I'm curious what the thoughts are on this.

I'm in a similar situation, my girl is about 4 months older than yours.  Figured the best approach was to go to a preseason game since its a little less intense and see how she liked it.  We tried last year...the noise was too much for her, we spent most of the time in the concourse area walking around, went back down to the seats some here and there.  No big deal, it was preseason, I don't really care if I miss half the game.  She's almost 3 and we're gonna try again this year.  Maybe she likes it, maybe she hates it.  After she starts having a good time and wanting to watch and yell and not leave, we can start going to some real games.

We first took our daughter when she was five. Came back last year for two more games when she was six. Woll go to two games this year, she is seven now. We took a 7` tablet + headphones with us and let her watch movies once she lost interest in the action. She loves the stadium experience on gamedays, however, be prepared that kids will lose interest after a while. You`ll be fine with a tablet/phone for her.

First took my son when he was about 6 years old.  He behaved well, but ask about a thousand questions or so.  I think the people around me started getting annoyed, so I told him not to ask anything during the actual play.  He did comply.

If I did take a really young child to a game, it would be a game in which the stadium wasn't full, and I could go sit in the upper level seats with few people around me if it became necessary.
