Of course, but more than likely the percentage of him being successful with that stature isn't high.  Especially undrafted.  

I don't see being undrafted as having anything to do with it once you actually get an opportunity in camp. Also, all he has to do probably is put on about 10 lbs.  With receivers like T.Y. Hilton, D-Jax and Antonio Brown, I would think that his percentage of being "successful" is a little bigger than you think (pun intended).  I don't necessarily think that it's high, but it's not unheard of.

Thats really not the question, the question is he better than Bersin or Cotchery.

32 tears are not going to pass on Byrd. He is too complete. 

Well, it already happened, seven times during the draft. I'm not advocating one way or the other, but it's hard to imagine him being in the top 6 just based on practice play. Maybe after the preseason. 

The Gaffney argument is an incomplete one. EVERYONE was surprised when New England broke the "unwritten rule" to claim him. On the other hand, we kept Stephen Hill on the practice squad all year. No one claimed him (ALL YEAR) despite him having better measurables and athleticism than Byrd and actually having NFL experience. Every case is different.
