I have no preconcieved notion that this guy would even make the team. I just think it would be amazing for our fanbase to get a local guy a chance in camp...

Maybe he's nothing...can't but it. But maybe with NFL coaching he's a stud or even a solid special teamer...can't hurt.

At this point in camp, we're not adding starters, we're adding bodies and this one is 6'4" 225lbs.

He's played 3 seasons in the arena football circuit. He wasn't a part of the pre-draft process. I would imagine this guy has fallen into the dead zone of scouting. Last season he played in Cedar Rapids, Iowa...that alone should be cause for us to get a movement to give this guy some Carolina sunshine.
