if our DL was blowing up our OL it would be cause for concern........rotation at DE is going to be fine.

don't really know what the issue could be with Ealy.........lets hope he works through it.

Jeremy, do you recall how Hardy looked his second year in camp?  Or CJ for that matter?  How long did it take those two before they "got it" per say?  

Both were not all that great. What both did well though was sealing the run. Both Hardy and CJ are and were very good at the run game.

I am a little curious why they haven't tried Remmers or Williams at LT?  Other than maybe they aren't wanting to confuse young players.

Because both struggle against speed rushers.

He's still relatively raw,  and has growing pains.  Most DEs do.  Just look at it this way: we have gotten more out of Ealy than the Texans have gotten out of Clowney.

Just because everyone else was worse, doesnt mean we cant have higher expectations of him. Being good in practice will usually lead to being good in games and starting fast. This is the 2nd year in a row where Ealy has played bad in camp (at least so far) and i wouldnt be surprised if he will start slow once again.

Disappointing about Ealy.  We have a really good defensive coaching staff and he has one of the best DEs in the league in terms of technique to learn from in CJ.  If he can't "get it" in Carolina, then it just boils down to a scouting error.

The conundrum of training camp.  Does this guy/unit just suck, or is that guy/unit really that awesome?
