My guess is the money is being primed for Luke, there really aren't FA's out there that 1) we need, and 2) are worth throwing millions at.  We have the cap space now, so instead of losing it, I'm sure DG is planning on using it to pay the best LB in the game.

Not yet, if Star is worse off than expected.  McDaniel is worth it, believe it.  Solid DT to add to the rotation.
