Visiting camp at Wofford/Spartanburg - just ask

If you're going to the beacon, do not venture off into the areas behind it. Highland and Park Hills don't play games lol. I go over there often as I have lots of friends that stay over there and to this day I wouldn't ever walk those streets by myself, even if I was strapped up. Any questions about what parts of the Burg to avoid just ask lol

Thanks for the tip. I probably won't be strapped since I'll be driving in a minivan with the wife and kids.

Of course not lol. I love Spartanburg. I've lived here most my life and I've had great times here. However I know my way around the Burg well and I promise you that you don't want to go to those places with anything less the a locked car. You will be robbed. It's a gaurentee.

Also ...

Because of an increase in requests from camp attendees, the Hub City Hopper Shuttle is increasing its schedule to pick up downtown. Now, the shuttle service is available beginning 1 hour prior to practice and continuing through practice and for 2 hours afterward. Fans can park anywhere downtown and be picked up and dropped off at 100 Dunbar Street.

It's a great way to get downtown for lunch, a few drinks and some shopping!
