People will still want an actual person.  Same reason people still go into the bank when 99% of the stuff can be done online or at an ATM.

If you're over 60 i agree. Self checkout and some other things are easy. Squirrel is also right about the kiosk at the airport.

But I couldn't find my checkbook if you paid me right now it's been so long since I used it. Can't remember the last time I set foot in a bank and stroll right past the baggage check counters at the airports, my boarding pass is on my phone and there's little I can't do with an app....

Extreme couponers who like to sit there and argue with the cashier because one or two of their coupons didn't go through. I understand being frugal but holy poo some people take it too far.
