Still haven't figured out how to change it. 

Why can't you just name the original pie image from before the same name as the current image that gets displayed, upload it via FTP and over write the existing one? Viola Pie! Shouldn't throw off the tables any.

Obligatory disclaimer, make a back up of the original hosted image in case of, well disaster.
