Lol, that part is so wrong... towards the end of the season at least.  Watching his all-22 once he started getting more playing time towards the end I was constantly seeing him run right by people and beating them deep with pure speed... a lot of the times the ball just wasn't thrown his way because our o-line was getting vaporized.  I saw him beating and pulling away from 4.4 guys on the regular.

His quickness in his routes, and overall route-running are some of his biggest strengths.

The rest of it is pretty spot on though.

Judging from the route he ran in the Vine OP posted, quickness is one of his strengths. Route running is something that can be learned too.

i snooped around a bit a few weeks back. And a chunk of OSU fans thought Brown was better and a more complete WR than Jets second round pick Devin Smith. Makes ya wonder how high he woulda been drafted if he wss on the team during the National Championship run. Same with Norwell.

I kind of like the idea of him on the outside, and Funchess in the slot.  Realistically, I think the two will be interchangeable, depending on the situation, but I feel like Brown will line up on the outside more.
