The Charlotte Hornets will sign former Duke and Memphis guard Elliot Williams for a spot on the training camp roster, an NBA source said Monday.

Weird that the article states he was being signed to the "training camp roster," but the Hornets Facebook account just posted a pic of him signing his contract like they have with all of our official FA signings.  Why would we do that for a "training camp roster" guy?
