what's the maddest you've ever been as a panthers fan?

that is a classic fox thing though.  he was in love with that vanilla cover two and the concept of dropping the mike a million yards downfield into coverage.  it was so insanely frustrating to watch us trap an offense in a long down and distance only to allow a conversion because there were tumbleweeds rolling across the middle of the field.

Tough call, but I'd have to say it came as the second punt was blocked in the Vikings game last year.  The thing that pissed me off the most is I was sitting in that miserable, frozen wasteland watching that poo.

I'll man up and admit I was pretty damn pissed when Cam was drafted too.  I bought the talking head's crap hook, line, and sinker, and was 100% certain he was going to be a bust.  I've eaten my crow on that one, and admitted there is probably a reason I'm not an NFL GM.

How about the night we made Ramsees Barden look like a hall of famer on national tv? I watched that game with non-Panthers fans who had NFL Network. Made me real proud.

wow I completely forgot about that. That game took ten years off my fuging life. I was having one of the worst days and thought it would be a good idea to tune into the NFL Network and see the Panthers finally get over the hump. Our defense got whipped by 3rd stringers. Easily one of our most disgusting losses.

Actually now that I remember it, that was also the game we realized Joe Adams was complete junk; he fumbled twice and the Giants recovered both times. Pretty sure Hurney was referencing draft countdown to make his big board by that point. Oh it's the fourth round and Joe Adams is still available? Well Scott Wright did give him a second round grade... SOLD!

That 2008 AZ playoff game was probably the most depressed I've ever been after a game, but the 2013 game at Buffalo in Week 2...I can't remember being more upset with how a game ended. That was a long walk out of the stadium. And a long time sitting in traffic. Not fun to be surrounded by elated fans of the other team.

2001, we are 1-3 VS the winless Redskins. We go in and Weinke throws a pick 6 to Lavar Arrington to lose the game (we lose out the rest of the season 1-15) and I get to walk down the ramps over and over passing the same group of people just a$$-raping me with laughter and jeers at FedEx Field. I was probably a sophomore or junior in Highschool and almost killed the Redskin fans I went with.

Was thiiiiiiiis close

Kap doing the Superman celebration in our endzone 2013 playoffs.  Funny how the directions of these two teams have flipped upside down.

NYG home game on a Thursday night Cam's rookie year...I remember in the 3rd Q hearing "Let's go Giants" chants right during the "we must protect this house" ad.  Sickening.  Got them back the next time hard though.

    • 100% even if rest of team is really talented if they march young out to be qb and he plays like he has for 90% of his starts the panthers have already lost doesnt even matter how good the rest of the team is or isnt and also makes it hard to even tell how good they are.  They need true competition for young this offseason.
    • It will be awesome to have an improved stadium to lose in I guess....   https://www.yahoo.com/news/panthers-file-rezoning-bank-america-111500840.html     The Carolina Panthers have taken another necessary step toward renovating their home of the present and future. Panthers Stadium, LLC, filed its rezoning site plan with the city of Charlotte on Monday, initiating an important — if mostly technical — step toward renovating Bank of America Stadium. The filings state that the rezoning relates “primarily to technical aspects associated with improvements to Bank of America Stadium,” and that the rezoning is required because “the current stadium zoning is out of date” for the team’s stadium renovation plans.   The planned stadium updates include new seats installed throughout the upper and lower bowls; stadium safety and security enhancements; a reimagined South Lawn Pavilion; upgraded restrooms; exterior enhancements (including LED video boards) and more. Planning for the stadium renovation project will continue through 2025, with construction starting in 2026 and the renovation’s conclusion in 2029, The Observer previously reported.
    • In my dream, we somehow luck into a top 2 pick and someone wants a QB bad and doesn’t want anyone else to jump them. Somehow we’ll probably screw up the picks anyway, but it would be nice to do even partially what Chicago did to us. We’d have to lose out, which is a decent possibility unless Tampa is resting. We need Atlanta to stay within a game because Atlanta beat Tampa twice. The rest of the draft slots are who knows because Jax plays the Raiders and then Tennessee and you never know who will rest starters. I think we are top 7 unless we somehow pull out 2 more wins. The 4 win teams have higher SOS and there is only one 5 win team with the same SOS. If we win 1 of 3, we still should stay in top 7. If we lose out and the Jax games work for us, we can easily be top 3.
