Leonard as a back up and Barnidge as Kings back up are the two things I noticed first. No one behind Harris is strange, McCown on the roster is a bummer and Landon Johnson can just suck my balls, what a waste of a roster spot.

Hindsight is 20/20, but I wish we could have gotten a DT with that 2nd round pick.

I find it interesting that Leonard is listed as backing up Lewis and not Hayden. My initial impression is that both Lewis and Hayden played the same type of DT role, and Hayden was filling in as a one-technique on Maake's side until we could get a nose tackle. When we signed Leonard, I figured we had our nose tackle and would get another, and move Hayden behind Lewis. Instead, Leonard is backing up Lewis in the UT side?

Any thoughts?

I think we are looking for another "nose tackle". Maybe they made the roster that way to show any potential FAs that we have a spot ready for you.
