yes, I'm sure he had a lot to do with the NFL moving from non-profit to for profit.  blah blah blah, spew spew spew.

I'm talking about genuine misinformation. People see 'NFL is non-profit' and immediately think that means the NFL teams are raking in billions without paying any taxes. Rather than research and realize that isn't the case, they push for the non-profit status to be revoked. Because of that, the NFL actually gets to be more secretive because the normal public notifications that come with being non-profit are now gone. That's an objectively bad outcome.

Billions in profit is non profit, I understand.

The billions in profit are taxed in full on each team. All the league office does is pay for league officials (like the commissioner), pay for overhead (the league office building), considering the game rules, punishing bad actors in the trade group (the league), and game officiating. None of these actives directly or indirectly. profit the league office. Other leagues like the NHL and PGA have this exemption.

if the NFL wanted to be a non-profit, and it fit within the non-profit guidelines, they would still be a non-profit.  Do you know how much the CEO of any Fortune 500 company makes in total compensation?  Do you care?  Do you still buy their products?

Get ready for the Chevy, Bud Light Lime, Bank of America, half time show brought to you by our friends at Met Life. Make sure you wipe your ass with Scott's toilet paper after eating Tostitos Chips and Queso, wash your hands with Dial Soap and crack a Miller High Life on the way back to your Lay Z Boy. By the way we have lots of crap shows to promote over and over and over just so we can cancel them in 2 months.

Most underrated post in huddle history

Glad to see that the Ray rice, Greg hardy, Adrian Peterson, and Ray Macdonald situations killed the NFL, or the concussion lawsuit that the players won mortally wounded the rep of the NFL and no one was watching...guess all they can do now, is pick up the pieces of their shattered lives and move on, hopefully they'll be able to burn their piles of money for warmth during the rough falls we'll have without football because of this.
