CFL average is less than 100K by a touch. (4.2 million cap/46 man roster) But that would also be the Canadian dollar, currently worth about 90 cents. The CFL is run quite a bit different than the NFL. It's more pass based so QBs take the lion's share of the money. The top CFL RB last year was about 150k.
