Also, I suspect the Panthers will be keeping pracitces further away from the fans because of this. Dont expect feeds that will be worth watching.

Oh brother. I have taken long videos and pictures of practices for years and no one has ever said a single word. If evil Bucs scouts watching my Periscope feed is truly a problem, I'll change it up and won't focus on stuff for too long.

Scouts are not allowed to visit other teams camps unless the teams charge admission. 

 

The redskins charged admission a few years back, all opponents scouts attended.
