Atlanta's "the falcoholic" writer gives props to the Panthers.

The comments section is hilarious.  Typical NFCS foes thinking they know more about the Panthers than they really do.

I seen several comments about the Panthers window is closed/closing.

The sad fact is thry really believe. this poo.

any time a team has any kind of success for at least two years in a row or signs a player to a big contract the default rival response is that they screwed their cap and the "window is closing" unless they're talking about the patriots or something.  i mean you can spend 30 seconds on overthecap.com and figure out that that's not true.

i'm more impressed with the olympic caliber display of mental gymnastics falcons fans are using to justify their week 17 loss against the panthers though

Fifteen minutes after we swept the Saints, I knew we were going to lose against the Panthers. While I love to beat the Saints over any other team in the league, we invest too much energy into them (thinking that they were a good team when really they were below average towards the end of the season) and we ride that high into the next week got us killed. Same thing happened with the Bengals game.

i mean somebody actually sat down at their computer and typed that.  as if the panthers hadn't won three in a row and weren't riding an emotional high themselves going into the georgia dome.

How is a 7-8-1 team under the radar?

Let's all take a moment to laugh at this guy. He paid a dollar to post this and what's even worse is his team is obviously a division opponent that won't make the playoffs this year. Man... This is going to be a tough year for you.
