Huddle Mobile Web Update

Jeremy Igo

Recommended Posts

Been working on the huddle mobile web all week.

I think I have it locked down pretty well now.

Do me a favor and check out. See if it is any faster for you and if the annoying redirects are gone.

Also,  I fixed the annoying typing problem on android by turning off a couple auto correct features in the keyboard settings. Quick fix until the huddle software is worked out.

Bounced around for about 30 minutes and had no problems.

...it's probably worth mentioning that I literally got a new phone yesterday and it's my first upgrade in 4 years, so everything appears to work at lightning speeds to me right now.

Yeah, I understand that the huddle may be slow on phones that are a few years old, but thats the price you pay for upgrading to something that should be sufficient for the next 5-7 years.

Eh, I was outdated. No big deal. Aside from speed though, The Huddle regularly wonked up my browser on my old phone, and haven't had any problems out of it today. So yay!

The tabs are still stacked on top of one another on the top bar with the "+create" , "blogs" and "Store" tabs all jumbled together.

Anybody else have this issue? (iPad)

    • We are wearing black jerseys with blue pants. I'm getting a little exhausted with all the combos.  I kinda miss the black/silver and black/black for certain games tbh.
    • Its not something that could be backed up by data one way or the other.  Its just an opinion, like most things stated here.   Regarding my comment that started this discussion, Imo its more difficult to find good offensive linemen than wide receivers, due to a number of factors.  Granted that anyone that reaches the NFL has elite skills, but  I think that most players with the size, strength and skill would rather play on the defensive line.  If an offensive linemen does his job well, no one hears his name.  But if a Dlinemen gets to the qb a couple of times a game, all the fans know it.   Have a good offensive line directly impacts the run and passing attacks.  Where as have a good group of receivers only indirectly impacts the run game.  Miami's run game has taken a huge hit this year, while ours have improved.  I think Hunt is a big part of the reason this is true.  Not the only part of course, but a big part.
    • Where is the Roaring Riot tailgate these days. Probably the best bet
