If you didn't want to do the silicone or saline, you can do the fat transfer method, where they sick fat out of one area and use it to enhance the breasts, and results in a more natural feel. There are drawbacks to that method though. It won't work if your wife doesn't have enough fat to draw from in other areas, and also the fat could be absorbed by the body over time.

Speaking of enhancements, do you feel that fat Martin and big body Oher can enhance our bustline, er, I mean o-line, giving us a more robust and perky feel, or will the line be saggy and soft, drooping heavily like last year, especially on the left side? (had to Pantherize this post a bit) :)

Basically OP, what have you done to look more appealing to her? Do you rigorously work out all week to keep a nice body? Do you eat well to ensure longevity? If you lacked calves, a butt, chest etc. would you be willing to go under the knife if your wife needed you to do so to stay appealing? Because they have those. Are you a hairy guy? What about hair laser treatments? Do you upkeep that? Are you balding? There's surgery to help with that too or how about some hormone fuged drugs like propecia that grows you tits. Maybe you can have implants to go along with that. Or shut maybe you won't even need her boobs now that you've grown your very own. How's your smile? Maybe you need mouth surgery to be more appealing to her. Is your nose ok? Wrinkles? Maybe she would like it if you had a bigger dick, I doubt she wouldn't, would you be ok going under the knife for that? Because you can you know....though you could be flaccid for life if they fug up, or again drugs can help with that too and fug up your blood pressure. Maybe you should ask your wife what you could do, surgery, health harming wise, to be more appealing to her. So if you're willing to do any of that for her and wouldn't mind her asking you to do so, by all means ask her and even more so, why don't you start the conversation with all you're willing to do for her before you ask her to open up her skin and shove bags of silicone up against her ribs and repeat that every ten years. Sorry man, but surgery and health for appearance is fuged up from the scalpel to a fuging tanning bed and you're the kind of guy making girls fuging self conscious and hateful towards men. Which means more effort on my part convincing girls I'm not you and eventually to get laid, and bro, I do not appreciate that.
