if i like it maybe i'll try to get licensed one day

Skydive Carolina in SC offer Solo jumps regardless of experience. (must take a 8 hour class though and the first solo jump is pretty expensive)

you will never get certified until you tandem at least once

at my drop zone we do 6-8hour class and 15 wind tunnel mintues and youre cleared to start AFF(solo training)

ive never jumped tandem myself, but i would recommend it to first timers just curious about the experience

Skydiving is a great time for sure. Wish it were longer though.

 

If you're gonna go, try to make it somewhere scenic. I went in this sick place in New Zealand and the view just added to my experience exponentially, whereas people that I've talked to that went in NC seemed to only enjoy the jump itself rather than the view too.
