Because Gerald Green is a solid SF/SG.  I dunno.  Just think he's a lot better than Lin thats for damn sure.

Lin played 10-15 more minutes than Green and averaged what Green averaged in 19-22 minutes per game.  That's it.

That's not even close to being true. And you seem to only take scoring into consideration. Hornets needed a playmaker off the bench. Not another one dimensional scoring wing.

Green also put up 2 more shots a game, shot 1% worse from the field, had 3 less assists per game, and basically had the same turnover rate.
