Not sure you're going to get much better for the bi-annual exception. He fits what we need in terms of a change-of-pace and shooting.

Also, with the front office really wanting to expand the new brand and our trip to China this preseason (where apparently he's still an adopted favorite,) this signing makes perfect sense.
