Florida State dumps QB

Mr. Scot

He was wrong, no doubt. But she was foolish to raise her fist and then swing on some random guy in a bar. That's just dumb.

Not to mention the reason she even slapped at him was because he grabbed ahold of her arms first. That punk bitch needs his ass kicked sideways.

She didn't raise her right fist first? I have to go back and watch again

Young girls shouldn't be taught that you can smack a man in the face, punch, kick, etc. To a man without repercussion just because they are a girl. Luckily I have not been in a situation where a female has tried to put her hands on me for no reason, but I know many who's girlfriends think they can beat their ass without repurcussion and it is not fair

Was that not a right fist that she raised right after the bump?

I'm not defending his actions, but I have a major problem with her actions as well. If she threatened him first with a raised right fist, along with whatever words she spoke, then she was all the way wrong.

yes, she was in the wrong too, but he was never in any danger. those trying to justify his actions as self defense are on crack. she could have punched him all day long and never left a mark. he was not defending himself, he was acting like a bully, and then ran like a bitch.

I know there is a double standard that exists in the US when it comes to any physical altercation with a woman for men, but this guy is an idiot. Should she have punched him first? No. Should he have KTFO the girl? Obviously no. He used unneccesary force to combat her force. It would be like me pulling out a battle axe and slicing a guy in half for pushing me.

Having said that, anyone who says if the roles were reversed the consequences would've been the same is wrong. There needs to be change both judicially and in the home. Boys need to be taught not to punch girls and to treat them with respect and girls need to be taught that they can't use their status as a female as a impervious shield allowing them to lie, assault or blackmail men just because the law gives them every advantage. The sad reality is it's tough to fix stupid and it's even tougher to accept that sometimes these young men make mistakes that will follow them for the rest of their lives.

A 250 lb man at a gym raising his fist is a threat. A 125 lb drunk woman sitting on a bar stool, not so much.

Well, it's a threat if he doesn't want to get punched/smacked. He restrained the right hand and then she came at him with the left.

If I was in that situation, I would have tried to block the left hand as I got out of there (I'm a somewhat large dude myself). I also happen to have way more self restraint than that dude, but she had no way of knowing ahead of time the demeanor of the guy she attacked.

he is strong enough to hold both of her hands with one of his. she did not pose a legitimate threat to him. he has no self control. doesn't mean he can't learn it, but right now he need help.

You are absolutely right. He also shouldnt have to be in the position of having to defend himself from a drunk girl in a bar.

They both could use some anger management classes.

FYI a lot of those gifs on floating around are pretty misleading, and make it look like he grabbed her unprovoked.

You can see at the beginning as she gets to the bar she looks back at him for a good bit, and then continues to try to box him out, even extending her left leg so he couldn't get through. The second she turns around she has her right hand in a fist, well before he grabs her. OF COURSE he shouldn't have hit her, but it seemed like a heat of the moment thing more then some thing premeditated or malicious. It's not like he kept wailing on her.

Honestly, this whole situation seems to be two drunk idiots behaving like just that.
