(By David Scott, [email protected]) The Carolina Panthers must cut their roster to the regular-season size of 53 players today. We've taken the liberty to make the cuts and pick a starting lineup for the Panthers, who open their regular season Sept. 13 against Philadelphia. This could change if they sign players (defensive lineman or a punt returner anyone?) as other teams also make their cuts.p/span class=subheadstrongOFFENSE
