Def Leppard and Styx

I saw STYX about 15 years ago when Dennis DeYoung was still with band. And I was never a Def Leppard fan even with 10 arms.

I've seen Styx countless times and walked out of a Def Lep concert in Charlotte years ago. Sorry, but Styx is the far better of the 2.

Styx is a great show, but how good are they without the voice of Styx? Bands don't get lucky like Journey.

How about one of you poor some sugar on me. .

I was a huge Def fan as a kid I remember camping out with 2 chicks to see them play at the North Charleston coliseum got 2nd row seats . It was 1993 and I was 18 it was the 2nd rock concert ever at the new coliseum. I had a great time. 

 

I camped out for Metallica tickets as well.  The Internet wasn't around then.

Tesla was decent. Styx didn't do too great. Def Leppard rocked the house. It was so pumped up that they did a triple encore.

i would have seen styx....years ago. not the same without dennis deyoung.

i saw def leppard in '88 and as much as i hate to admit it, it was one of the most fun shows i have ever been to. i think seeing thousands of hot girls wearing spandex (including the couple that i was with) made it unbelievable.

i saw tesla a couple times years ago as well. very underrated band, imo.
