 I am talking about purely skill. Hayward has a much better handle and is significantly better mid range player / creating his own shot.

Let me say again.. For what we gave up to get him..  He needs to be Steven Jackson and have that type of impact on this team..  So 14-15 points a game won't cut it..

Well the narrative  of  him not giving a chance  behind Aldrich and  others needs to be true..  Those numbers  are to close to Hendo numbers  to make this trade worth it..

He's probably going to average highs in assists here. He'll be used similar to hedo in Orlando when clifford was there. So theres a chance he has career highs across the board this season since he'll have the ball so much.

Hendo was/is a slasher ,solid defender,energy type player. Batum can actually create offense which this team badly needs. We need someone else other than Kemba/Al to provide this. His offensive production might look the same as Hendo but his impact on this team will be greater

His offense and creating needs to be at Stephen Jackson level..  That Orlando System worked because they had Dwight Howard  down low and running a at the rim pick and Roll and dominating the boards...  We don't have that..

Realistically if history is any indication?

- Shoot a bit better than last year, but below career average

- Facilitate the offense some, but defer to Big Al

- Out-perform Lamb but get traded in January
