Panthers welcome another Make A Wish child

IMO the Panther organization is the TOP organization as far as public relations go.

A couple of months ago a young fan sent a letter to every NFL team and Carolina was the ONLY team to respond.

We win a super bowl and our franchise will explode.  Our colors are awesome to wear and the team is Cream of the Crop when it comes to quality, outstanding players on and off the field.

Yeah, we have had our problems but usually depart with them quickly.

What a remarkable young lady.  It is nice to see that the entire team is involved.  They seem at ease with her and the other kids we see and seem to care.

I hope the best for Sami and her family...they certainly deserve it.  Like many of you have said, I am proud of this team.

Sami Caulberg, whose father died of cancer, and who is now fighting cancer herself.

Meeting the Panthers

Great moments include when she's asked about her favorite player and a nice little commentary from Steve Wilks.

(I don't recommend watching this if you're in an inconvenient place for shedding a tear or two)

wow! This video was very touching. I went from smiling to being teary eyed. It hits close to come because I have family going through cancer. This kid is very brave and it made me smile to see her smile and express such faith at a time like this. This visit gave her a chance to get her mind off the cancer and treatments. I'm proud of my team and when they make someone's day like this I can't do anything but smile. Cancer is tough you guys. Part of my job is dealing with cancer patients and it's rough for everyone involved. Glad to see the family smile and have a good time as well. Good job Panthers! Thanks Mr Scot for posting this.
