Benjamin visibly unhappy with the weight talk

I remember listening to Steve Smith talk about hamstring injuries happen to guys that show up to camp unprepared. It's a red flag that a guy didn't stay in shape during his time off.

Steve is a pros pro, I'll take his word on this.

You can jog all you want in the off season, but if you aren't sprinting...and you are a WR, KR, CB, etc...you are opening yourself up to injuries.

He should know, he was forever coming to camp overweight.

Remember that year he punched ken lucas and all the photographers got great pics with his gut hanging out?  Was that the same year that he had a trainer with a foam roller to masssage his hamstrings for the first few games?

If anyone knows anything about carrying weight I have carried a lot of it throughout my entire life. I'm 5'7 and 7 months ago I was weighing 285 pounds and before then I was 300 plus. Today I can proudly say I weight 197 pounds and I still feel fat as hell. Drop the couple of pounds Benji and show everyone how great of a WR you can be this season. If I can do it anyone can!

I bet Jerry Rice never came in 8 pounds overweight! That would be the standard I would try to set for myself, not what I did to get by in college or high school or Pop Warner. This is a new ball game Benji, we are gonna need you step up your game, literally and figuratively!

I'm willing to bet he will come to OTAs in shape next year.

Many people will ignore this, but congrats dude.  Keep it up, don't stop until you reach your goals.

Yall piss me the fug off that youre pissed about this. Shut up and get back to your basements. Moms meatloaf will be ready soon gotta het some war of warcraft in.

Like i said before, Kelvins game is to be mamouth. Quit acting like hes fat. Its still offseason, its normal for players to bulk up and cut right before camp, which is over a month and a half away!!

but, hell, you guys who have never even touched a ball in youre entire lives know better right? Hey zod, lets add a little badge on some posts that says "self proclaimed huddle athletic trainer"

also, yall must have forgotten some bad blood that may remain because of how deep KB went..  Not down the field but in Riveras daughter

Quick Internet search just turns up that he was late to a meeting and didn't start a game. No mention of RRs daughter. So what did I miss?

There was a rumor last year that he got a little too flirty with Rivera's daughter.

Don't know that there was anything to it.

    • CMC had 1 game under Wilks and had 13 carries. His carries per game have stayed the same  in San Francisco if not gone up
    • Considering the Panthers under Rhule and Wilks were content to run him into the ground as their offensive “strategy”, is it any wonder? Subpar QB play, a below average OL and one decent WR in DJ Moore pretty much guaranteed his career would be a short one if he stayed here and not much hope of things improving. But that’s JMO. We did the right thing allowing him to leave for greener pastures.  You’re certainly not wrong just looking at it from a different perspective.
