People seem to be way too sensitive about this age crap. Yet, teenagers are sexually active as young as 12 years old nowadays. Blame the biological enhancements in our food source for today's teens developing much too young.

This double standard is poo. Girls aren't naive or innocent. They know exactly what they're doing. I still remember a 13 year old (who appeared 22) hitting on me and telling me she wanted the D bad. Oh, she wasn't confused alright. She was devious as hell.

Young people (male or female) already know everything. Why should sex be any different?

Those kids didn't have hormones shoved down their throats on a consistent basis. Today's teens are a whole new breed. What? Do you honestly think it's freak genetics that's causing all these 14 year old boys to have full beards and be 6'3"? 

Granted, their mindset stays around their age group but that's hardly an excuse. That's like saying kids shouldn't be charged with murder -- they don't know better. Yeah, right. These kids are acting on impulse but they're responsible for their own actions as well.

That's a load of horse manure. We are not overstuffed with hormones through our food, we just eat a hell of a lot more and differently than previous generations. And I have never seen a 14 year old that fits that description. We let our kids dress in an oversexualized manner, that doesn't change their genetics.

That is just stupid logic.Maybe 45 years ago when the summer of 69 came out we all wished we were Benji (Google that poo).  But in today's society with so much sexual abuse you have to have standards and laws that cut both ways. Would you want a 48 year old man having sex with your 15 year old daughter. You can't have different standards for girls versus boys.  The problem here is that fifteen year olds are not independent and on their own for good reasons. So they need parents to make decisions and laws to protect them. 

And yet just 100 yrs ago a 15 year old could run a farm or get married. But today physiology has changed so much that 15 year olds are believed to be incapable of making serious, competent decisions? Doesn't make sense. Society=silly

Those 15 year olds, no doubt, were better equipped to make those decisions than kids these days. Most 15 year olds moan about taking out the trash. Shoot, 20 somethings are still at home and refuse to get a job, but I'm suppose to believe they would be responsible enough to run a farm. Most don't wanna clean their own room, wash dishes, or cut grass.

At some point we have to face it. People don't expect enough out of kids now. 15 year olds now, are not at the same level of maturity a 15 year old would have been back in the day. And that's because no one really expects them to be. They are not required to do what kids were even 20 years ago. 100 years??? Different times man. They just ain't there mentally. IMO.

My family's genetic tree never featured anyone above 6'0". Hell, most Mexicans barely cross 5'7". Yet, me, my brother and my sister all measure 6'0" and above. My brother had a ton of chest hair at 13, I had a goatee at 10 and my sister had C cups at 11.

Hormones used in farming don't carryover to humans because the hormone is utilized by the subject body to achieve the intended effect of growing larger faster and depleting the hormone. The fact that we gorge on meat and cheese as a society impacts our own hormonal production far more.
