Will Hornets make trade on Draft night if so what kind?

Yup.  I'm trying to find his shotchart.  He was absolutely awful on two point jumpers and yeah he shot 41% on threes but that's because he shot like 55% from that left corner.  He wasn't near as good from the other side of the arc.  However if he falls to 9 I think he has to be tempting.  Insane athleticsm and unlike MKG when he came out Winslow has shown he can shoot.  Just needs to get way more consistent with it.

If Stanley Johnson is gone, then I'd trade 9 and Marvin Williams to Boston for picks 16, 28.

If we are trading 9 and an expiring we better be moving up or getting a decent player in return.

The sad thing is I think we could put a package together to try and fleece NY out of 4, but nothing this administration has done indicates that they're willing to make big moves like that.

they don't care too.  they're too scared.  talk about wanting to accelerate the rebuild yet refuse to roll the dice and make a big splash.

We really haven't done it, but I think there's a chance we trade out of this draft for a proven type, young, with potential.

You've got the Raptors, Nuggets, Lakers, and the Knicks who I view as active rebuilding type squads with minimal assets they really need to keep.  I kinda agree about the Knicks talk in here though. I mean, the Raptors sound like the whole team is on the block and the Lakers are the same minus Clarkson (Kobe is a mystery at this stage of his career).  Sounds like the Celtics are open to offers too.

Could DeRozan be a target?   Lou Williams? or maybe even Isaiah Thomas (his contract is too big though)

With Hendo on a one year deal and having serious issues shooting the ball out of the backcourt, Hornets need to upgrade one or both of the backcourt positions. Whether they are intellectually honest enough with themselves to admit that their 12 million dollar PG ain't cutting it is yet to be seen.
