​You're right. Different situations and motivations, but think you could argue while Panthers took risk on TD, he's way over-performed his contract number the last few years. Panthers want him back, but do you pay him EXACTLY what he's worth at that time or do you tack on some extra money to compensate his performance coming back from injury? I agree TD isn't going anywhere, but both sides took risks, both sides delivered - which is similar to Wade/Heat. Think about Dwyane not being the highest paid player on his own team at any point over his career. He's the greatest player in Heat history! Pretty nuts. 

Hmmmm that's like saying what happened was...TD gets hurt but the FO will still pay you. 3x. And the TD isn't hurt and plays well above his contract. Now what?

i think the red on the balance sheet (Black Widow) is still on TDs side. I think he feels it too. 31 other teams would've cast him aside I think. So he feels obligated for whatever reasonable contract. I don't think the FO will take advantage of that but he will be "underpaid ".

maybe i should give it a listen. every time i consider it i remember SCP rants about closet steelers fans calling from their nokia 3310s in their 1987 ford aerostars with "i eat at freddys" stickers to rant about how they should be giving that kid from cumberland community college a shot at starting instead of ol' towelhead before admitting they didn't watch any games and i just turn it to 106.5 and listen to some dad rock

Racism exists in the NFL Fandom, especially the quarterback position. Look at the history, only five black quarterbacks have ever started in the Super Bowl: Doug Williams, Steve McNair, Donovan McNabb, Colin Kaepernick, and Russell Wilson. And only two have ever won it. There is so many more white quarterbacks and it's one of the last positions that those racists hold onto as a part of the game that hasn't been "taken over". I'm white and I've lived here all my life and I've heard people say that poo. I have heard "the quarterback position needs smarts and we'll you know they are physically gifted but you need smarts". Which is just saying "black people are stupid and us white guys can't compete physically but at least we are smarter" I fuging hate this veiled racism we have now. Racists don't want successful black qbs. So Cam and others gets poo on, plain and simple

Can you tell The Suit to kick up the wattage a little? I get home from work and can't even get 610 in the garage on my man cave radio.

​We're working on it. New ownership this year and they are actively trying to do some pretty cool things. Actually saw the owner/founder in the halls today during the show.

You are not far off Philly but Kroeger is on our side. You still have hill jacks like Steeler Mark call in but they are getting bashed more than they used to.

​I second this. Contrary to what many think, Q is incredibly smart and talented. He'd do pretty well with his own show daily.
