​So if it's just a 5 year extension averaging $21m per and this year is untouched, the deal will be 6 years, ~$120m ($119.67m to be exact). 

If it averages $21m per over the length of the entire deal, then we're looking at 6 years, $126m, with the new money average being $22.3m (6x$21m = $126m - $14.67m = $111.3m/5 = $22.3m).

When it was reported his contract is full of guarantees, it was poorly worded meant to read as that it wasn't structured like Kaperdicks, in other words, the guarantees are actual guarantees and not "earn a 5 million bonus for winning the SB".

I think its smart to get this done BEFORE Russell Wilson set the market. Cam was going to get a 100 mil contract one way or another. You might as well get it done early. And I don't see our Front office making dumb decisions. Waiting to see how its structured. Plus a $5 million cap increase...
