Cam vs Jake?

With all the talk about Cam's contract and is he a franchise QB, and is he our future, etc.  My question is, would you rather have Jake in his prime or Cam right now?  It's seems people think franchise QB's grow on trees and you just have to go out and pick one.  It's as if people have forgotten who we had previous to Cam (Clausen, Moore, Carr, Testaverde, Weinke).  So which is it, Cam or Jake?

Jake had a good 2-3 complete meltdown games a year, even in his prime. Cam never really shits the bed like Jake did.
