That place has gotten a lot better since they opened. Although their ribs at times have been a bit dry

Everything was dry at Mac's last night. It was Bike Night so it was busy. Not sure if they made extra for the crowd and kept it warm all day or what, but I was very disappointed.

I've only been going there since last year. But they are always consistent. Brisket is damn good.

 

Apparently they are opening another location in Ballantyne, hopefully that's not a bad omen.
