So tonight is David Letterman's last show

Who will be watching?

I know I will. I remember as a kid during the summer and staying with my dad and he would let my sister and I stay up to watch the Late Show and he was my favorite late night host.

Of course now I am almost 29 and I find him to be pretty cheesy and it is probably long over due for him to leave due to the new generation of late night.

At any rate, thanks for everything Dave!

Last night Jimmy Kimmel said his show would be a rerun, so everybody could watch Dave's last show.

I haven't watched his show in awhile, it got so stale, like all late night tv.

I liked watching him as a kid during the Summers when I didn't have a bedtime, but fell off in recent years.  

 

Sad to see him go, but excited to see what Colbert can do.  Side note, the 10 people that just came out to read the Top 10 list...Jesus, talk about star power.

I grew up in Indianapolis in the early 70s, when he was doing the weekend weather on one of the local stations.

Good ending show. Not like Johnny, his was sentimental. Dave just wanted it over.
