Several people here are pointing out how prices are increasing. That's really not the point. The salaries of the working man have largely stayed stagnant. Let's not even talk about the minimum wage which is a far cry from a living wage, I might add. Yes, everything is going up, but salaries aren't keeping up with the pace.

yeah that's why I brought up the senators salary....it seems to have gone up over the years, and he want to moan about high ticket prices when a lot of people are moaning about prices on everything.
