Still a litte Confused why we passed over .......

LMAO all those teams you named didn't even need receivers.

And how was it reaching when all those guys turned out good if not great their rookie season.

You would have to be insane to think if we could re draft we wouldn't pick up another receiver.

I forgot who I'm talking to, Mr front office can do no wrong. Put it this way if we picked Bryant, Brown or Moncrief we would easily been over .500

You think those guys would have single-handedly won us two additional games?

Against the Saints and Falcons our receivers got ZERO separation and that Falcons game was up for grabs, that's at least another win between those 2

Just stop. Against the Saints Cam was on his back the entire game--the wideouts were open after 3 seconds, just not after 1.5 which is all the time Cam had. And against the Falcons Philly and KB were doing work. Shula was the reason we lost the Falcons game, not to mention that bullsh*t interception of Cam off of Olsen's hands tiptoed on the sideline by their DB. Giving us any of those guys you mentioned against the Falcons wouldn't have changed anything when Shula was calling 3 runs to end our what should have been game winning drive.

Yep, I already pointed out how in my previous post

Statistically Cotchery was the worst number 2 WR in the NFL.

It's not just Cotchery you have to give up.

You also have to give up a draft pick, like say the DE who had a better rookie season than Greg Hardy (at a position where we suddenly became thin) or the guard who protected our QB maybe the DB that helped us win some games.

And just to be clear, if your answer is something silly like "we didn't need them" or "we could have just gotten somebody else to replace them", you'll be quite clearly demonstrating that you have no idea what you're talking about.

Yes the line was terrible last season, but there were times when they actually gave Cam time but the receivers couldn't get open. Specifically the Seattle and Atlanta games

Are you that slow? Go watch the game again. Specifically the last drive. Our wide receivers weren't the issue that game. Not even one of our top 5 issues in that game. And none of those rookies would have been any better against their secondary. This is pathetic.

That saint game Cam was extremely off, and the receivers didn't help.

And the falcons game was a joke for 3 quarters, Kelvin had like 3 drops, I think Cotchery had a drop in a third down. Your crazy to think someone like Martivus Bryant wouldn't have helped us more than Boston or even Ealy.

Is that supposed to be some sort of big accomplishment? You had a better rookie season than a 6th rounder who barely got play time. Did you forget Ealy was ranked the worst starting DE in the league the majority of the season? Or did that just went right over your head

And Boston barely did anything for heavens sakes he missed half of the season, and when he came back we was sharing snaps. I swear you would validate every pick just for someone won't criticize the front office, you know its ok to disagree right?

Cotchery 3 catches 33 yards, but he wasn't the problem. LMAO

Fun fact that game was the ONLY game this year Sherman covered the number 1 receiver the entire game. THE ONLY GAME.

You know why? Seattle basically said Cotchery your gonna have to beat us. He couldn't

If you wanna disagree, it's better if you're actually football smart enough to offer a viable alternative.

You haven't offered a good one yet. All you've done so far ia whine about wishing we would have drafted another receiver last year. And even though every one of your arguments has been shot down either by me or someone else, you still keep whining.

You don't get it. You're probably not going to. Maybe in a few years after you (hopefully) grow up a little...

Fun FACT: The Seahawks cornerbacks play sides so that was entirely up to us. We matched KB up on Sherman the entire game. Not the other way around. You truly don't have a clue what you're talking about and you've provided more than enough evidence in this thread, so we're done here.

So we are clear, you think Cotchery (3 catches, 33 yards) was the biggest problem on why we lost, but think that Allen Robinson (averaged 4.8 catches per game, 54 yards per game) or Martavis Bryant (averaged 2.6 catches per game, 54 yards per game) would have not only been the difference makers, but would have single-handedly won us that game?

Time to stop wasting our time with him. The post you quoted is so beyond wrong on so many levels it's outrageous.
