Wrist watches

Best deal i found on it was at Sam's. I had been drooling over it for a few months but couldn't justify the $300 on Amazon. It was $180 at Sam's. It comes with a manual that could knock someone out if you throw it at them. It also adjusts your time for dst automatically from the watch people in fort Collins

Sounds badass. I'll look into it tomorrow.

i haven't worn a wristwatch in probably 8 years, maybe 10.

i used to keep a pocket watch, but even then i haven't used it in a long time.

i have several old watches but none of them work.

when i worked at home for years i got out of the habit. if i need to see what time it is i just look for a clock or pull out the cell phone.

i had a friend a long time ago who never wore a watch and i couldn't understand how he could function. i asked him one time why he didn't wear one and he said, "because everyone else wears one for me."

as far as collecting anything, i can't think of anything i collect. my wife would probably say knives that i use for camping/hunting, but even then i only have maybe 10.

I started wearing G-Shocks when I was still in the Navy and have been through 4 different models in about 30 years. They will take a beating. I recently went back to an analog, solar-powered model just because I'm old and cannot hardly read the digital faces.

I have one dress watch- a Tommy Bahama chronograph that is very nice. I received it as a gift some years ago and I know it was about a $400 watch.

I have a nice 10 dollar watch. It gets the job done.

if i buy a watch again, this is the route i will likely go.

i just don't see the sense in spending tons of money for something that you can pay $10 for and do the same job just as well.

I have one.  A Breitling, and I love it.

Have worn it everyday for about 9 years now.  Couldn't believe how much money I spent on it at that time, but now it seems perfectly reasonable.

I will pass it down one day if I ever have a son, or son in law, or just to a family member that I care for.
