Ginn because he can cleanly field punts and gain some yards afterwards... that's a BIG relief

Boykin is intriguing because he might be the closest thing to a true number two right now on the roster.yeah i know about Funchess potential, but is he truly ready at this stage in his career to grab the bull by the horns from day one?

Shaq playing alongside TD and Keuchly with that linebacker guru we have for a head coach...now that could turn into something badass

I'm happiest with funchess being a michigan football fan I've seen what he can be capable of Shaq was my draft man crush throughout the whole process and lastly everyone brought in to help special teams not matter how insignificant special teams seems if we play with a shorter field for cam and a longer field for the opponent we are in a lot better shape to win

1. Armanti Edwards- Was training camp mvp 2 years running, and I believe this is the year he finally puts it all together.

2. Byron Bell- Was suitable at RT, and believe he can make the transition to LT. For christ sakes he is left handed. Has a mean streak against corners, surely will replaced Gross long term.

3. Haruki Nakamura- Played behind future HOFer Ed Reed for several seasons, will be a true ball hawk in our secondary. Roddy and Julio should be shaking in their cleats right about now.

Wait...

1. Stephen Hill(technically last yr)

2. Brandon Wegher

3. Michael Oher

I going to say all the additions at this time. The has addressed the needs this offseason as well as strengthen already strong areas. So to see how all the additions mesh with the core of the team is what I'm looking forward to.

1. Funchess - I think if this kid works hard, he's gonna be a special player in the NFL. The NFL has already seen the value in the hybrid WR/TE position in creating mismatches with NFL defenses. That's why the *best* of NFL defenses have adapted their safeties to cover that position. By and large, however, most NFL defenses STILL haven't adapted (Carolina has with the selection of Shaq, I think). Now Carolina gets to join that club on offense with Funchess IMO.

2. Artis-Payne - I'm utterly and totally biased here. Being an AU alum and fan, CAP is my boy. But, bias admitted, here's what I think. He has great vision for a RB. He's a one-cut RB trained in a one-cut offense and he was damned good at finding yard after yard by finding the gap in the line and making that cut. His burst through the whole is top-notch and his strength makes him hard to tackle. You damn well better rap him up or he's gonna get more yards. His top-end speed isn't elite. But he can outrun all but the most elite LBs. And I'll tell you this, Tre Mason of the Rams had great success last year as a rookie coming out of the AU Malzahn offense. In 2013, behind one of the best OLs at Auburn in some time (the LT, Robinson, was the #2 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft), Mason rushed for 1816 yards. Mason left for the NFL and CAP inherited the starting RB job in 2014. In 2014, due to the loss of Robinson in addition to season-ending injuries to OL starters prior to the season, Auburn's OL was a hot mess. For pretty much the entire year. CAP still put up 1608 yards in 13 games. So, yeah, the proof has yet to come out of the pudding, but I believe CAP can run the ball with success in the NFL. I really do.

3. Williams - I love big, strong, mean big-uglies with an attitude. Welcome to the NFL, Mr. Williams. Feast on opposing defenses 'til your heart is content

Wegher - He is going to surprise of people and end up getting significant carries in 2015.

Oher - Locks up the LT spot and stays with Panthers until he retires.

Tillman - allows Bene to more into nickel spot.

Honorable Mention.  Shaq - With Tillman and Bene moving to more natural positions.  Shaq fits in Perfectly with Davis and Kuechly.  Our defense becomes incredibly hard to score on.
