Honestly it was terrible. Don't waste your time or money.

Imagine actually having seen this movie and literally thinking this. Lol good grief.

Go see the movie teeray. It's awesome.

Apparently circus olay helped choreograph some of the fight scenes and it shows.

I just watched it and honestly the visuals are a modern day masterpiece, utilizing every ounce of 2015 movie making technology. Its an instant classic for any sci-fi (since its post-apoc) or action fan. The movie puts it foot on the gas both literally and figuratively from start to finish. A must see and instantly the best movie of the year so far. Don't expect your girl to enjoy the story though but she will enjoy the music and visuals, so bring her at your own risk.

Lol there is no story.

This is a brain dead action/visual movie meant solely for entertainment purposes and will be remembered for about 11 minutes after you're done watching it.

If you're bored as hell like me, it was great.

If your brain likes to think even just a little bit and take something away from a movie besides what your eyeballs witnesses, it was god awful.

So for those that have watched it, I want to see it this week and trying to decide when and where. Convenience would allow me to see Mad Max in a normal theater setting at anytime this week. . 3D times around my house are inconvenient but I could wait and see a couple weekends from now if 3D is worth it. Or, should I drive 35-40 miles to the closest Imax and shell out the time, money and crowds at Concord Mills during race week to get the full experience?

Personally, I do like 3D, but the movie is 2 hours long, and for me, by 90 minutes I'm usually just about over the whole 3D thing.

As far as dealing with Concord Mills traffic, I will give you a clear hell no on being worth driving over there for that.

I avoided traffic on that side altogether and went to see it in Charlotte. It was normal 2D, but the film still looked damn good and I enjoyed it.

If you really want to see it in IMAX, or 3D, Northlake may be a better bet than the Concord Mills area.

There are some really cool 3D scenes especially towards the end. Worth the extra 3 bucks, imo. Exploding vehicles spitting out parts at you is pretty amazing.

I'm sure it would be worth the few extra bucks for 3D, the times just suck at the theater near my house. 3D is only shown at 4pm and then 9:35p during the week which won't work and I am busy the next couple of weekends. Just don't want to wait to see it in 3D if it isn't really worth it.

Meh, 3D is largely played out for myself. Regular theater in 2D was pretty awesome for me. The thrilling stuff was the sheer outlandishness of this spectacle
