i had the urge to scratch my boys last night. caught myself right before i did. i'm kind of paranoid.

 

i won't even go up any steps right now.

 

not sure how long i'm supposed to go before any physical activity. i've got a lot of work outside that needs to be done.

 

i'm just afraid of doing anything wrong that's going to make what i went through useless.

I was running again in a week, and you're well on your way if you were diligent with the ice. Also a faster recovery if they poked holes instead of incisions and stitches.
