My 2nd job is as an overnight manager at a hotel and this past tuesday night I checked in the MCW

http://www.mcwnation.com/

Was um..interesting. Their managers were these 3 former wrestlers the main bald dude from the front page was the main one doing all the talking. I have never met somebody that was so out of it it's like the roids shrank his brain. I had to explain to him the concept of where his room was multiple times and I may as well have been speaking another language. Anyways cool story bro. But i did get to meet some of the wrestlers... they seemed to all be super pissed. I guess they're on tour.

So last night pretty much proves that Vince McMahon the character is the greatest heel ever.

He got Reigns completely over in Philly of all places  (although to be fair they were pretty hot for him at the beginning)

TLC and RAW was pretty good last two day.  Maybe they are turning poo around.

That London crowd was something else. I will say it was a bit distracting now and again, but I enjoyed their collective courting of Bayley. Her match was great.

This situation for Reigns is the best case scenario outside of turning him heel. I haven't watched Smackdown yet, but I'm hoping we aren't just going to get an extension of the Sheamus - Reigns feud for another month. They've already run their course. Eventually we are going to see Reigns - HHH, which will be awesome, but I'm torn as to whether that will occur at Royal Rumble or Mania. I'm still of the opinion that Roman, while getting better on the mic, is much better served saying some intimidating poo and then challenging someone to a fight as opposed to this weak sauce comedy routine. He's not as charismatic as Dwayne. It's okay.

To be honest, I wouldn't be opposed to seeing a brief Authority alliance with the Wyatts in order to cultivate another chapter of Reigns - Bray Wyatt, but I think that's a very long shot. Regardless, I'm glad they're letting that stable gain some steam and credibility in beating team ECW twice in a row. That hardcover match on RAW was spectacular.

I'm loving the prospect of a triple threat IC match at the Rumble with Ziggler, Owens, and Ambrose. Show-stealing potential there.

Thought you'd enjoy that, Tee. What are your thoughts for match of the year? Here's what I'm thinking...

Honorable mentions:

Lesnar v Reigns at Wrestlemania

Cesaro v Reigns on 11/16 episode of RAW

And the top three:

3. Lesnar v Cena v Rollins at Royal Rumble

2. Kevin Owens v Cena at Elimination Chamber

1. Bayley v Sasha Banks at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn

Mine is very similar

My #1 was (of course) Bayley v Sasha Banks at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn

#2 was Lesnar v Cena v Rollins at Royal Rumble

#3 Cena v Owens at Elimination Chamber

Honorable Mentions

Bayley vs Sasha Banks at NXT Takeover: Respect

New Day v Usos v Lucha Dragons at TLC

Charlotte v Sasha Banks v Becky Lynch v Bayley at NXT Takeover: Rival

Neville vs Finn Balor at NXT Takeover: Rival

I love what they're doing with Kevin Owens right now. There are no redeeming qualities at all--he is straight up heel. The face he made after driving Ambrose through the announcers' table reminded me of Bubba Ray's "euphoric look," as coined by good ol' JR.

I previously thought a triple threat IC match at RR was a potential show stealer, but now they're inserting Nnnnnnnnnneville! into the mix, which is awesome. I'm gonna go find some Neville/Owens matches from NXT to get a better feel on their chemistry, but I definitely like where this is going.

Cena has a torn rotator cuff and will be out for Wrestlemania. Holy hell, this is borderline catastrophic. Vince may have to wave goodbye to his aspirations of setting the attendance record in Dallas.

Where does WWE go from here? Who the hell is Undertaker going to face now? I read that Vince had six matches planned for WM 32 a year in advance, and they've all since fallen apart. Oof.
