Generally Smackdown sucks.  Half of the time is RAW recaps and the other half is meaningless midcard rematches that they just had on Monday.

But I thought this past Smackdown was pretty good by Smackdown standards.  I thought Bray Wyatt had a really good promo.  One of his best in a while that just wasnt words for the sake of words.  Also, the show furthered the Wyatt v Shield Light storyline and has me interested to see who answers the call to help Ambreigns at NOC.

Also there was actually progress with divas wrestling.  Fans seemed into Paige v Sasha Banks on Monday night (they even got a "this is awesome" chant) and liked the chaos of their rematch on Smackdown.  It actually has the makings of a story, and the crowd were into it both on Monday and Thursday.  So that is progress.

But generally I agree Smackdown sucks.  There are rumors that they may change it up soon after they leave SyFy and go back to USA soon, including doing Smackdown live.

So hopefully it gets better soon, because I think they are just running out the clock on SyFy deal.

If they are serious about women's division, they seriously should just give them that show so people that don't really care don't have to have it shoved down their throats.  Most of the matches are annoying.  Even my wife asks to fast forward through the female matches, as it gets quite stupid listening to them scream the whole match lol.

So... we can all agree that NXT is superior to the main show right?

Tonight's show was really, really good. 

I just wish they didnt tape their shows so far in advance.  Ending would have been even better if the Bayley v Sasha match wasnt already announced.  But it was still awesome!

Just read that NXT Takeover: London has sold out Wembley Arena (not to be confused with Wembley Stadium).

12,500 seats.  Considering they also sold out Brooklyn and 15,000+ seats, pretty damn good for a developmental program.

While on the topic of most awesome crowd reactions this is always in my top 5.  The other beer guzzling anti-hero during the 90's returning to ECW.  Especially when whole crowd is singing along with his music

Last night's PPV was not very good. They are stuck in this rut of trying to use attitude era stars at the expense of younger talent. They will never make new stars that way.
