wasgoing tobe if thy couldn't get the tag team back, which they did. So onto Raw they go. Disliked both finishes at the PPV. On Sting and the title shot I disagree, resetting the title picture is needed and they need to rebuild sting for WrestleMania. Giving him the title for a month and having him beat Rollins twice does nothing to Rollins if they do it right.

Sheamus is winning the title with the MITB anyways, best way to do that is with a cash in after a hell in a cell match.

So sting beats Rollins when Interference from the authority goes wrong, wins again at Hell in a cell with Sheamus cashing in after the match is over.

Lets them roll into a Rollins face turn and fued with the Triple H. Gives them a bigger heel to go against Brock in the title picture and resets the stage for Sting's last match at Wrestlemania.

I want Rollins to eventually hit rock bottom.

I want him to lose the title, lose the backing of the Authority, lose his confidence, everything.  Then fight his way back to the top in babyface fashion.

If I've learned anything it is that redemptive stories like Sami Zayn and Bayley are always the best and most satisfying stories.  I think Rollins is the best wrestler in WWE right now, and can work well as a babyface or heel.

Also, although I like Ambreigns or "The Shield Light" something needs to give there.

If I were booking WWE I would have Reigns turn heel on Ambrose, then have some faction led by Reigns and have Ambrose having to get revenge on him and this faction or have Reigns join the Wyatt family  (which wouldn't make any sense but when has that atopped WWE before).

Reigns has been booked so strong that he is never an underdog even against multiple opponents (Lesnar is the exception... as always).  But turn Reigns heel and give him backup against Ambrose who has always been booked not weak but vulnerable and now it seems that everything is stacked against Ambrose.

It would also fit the Ambrose character.  I would borrow heavily from the Austin v Hart Foundation feud where Austin just made life hell for everyone in the Hart Foundation.  Constantly interfering in their matches and just antagonizing them.  Plus the "Lunatic Fringe" is just crazy enough to keep attacking even after he gets his ass beat by 4 guys.

Plus I think turning Reigns heel would help him get over in the long run.  And then when he goes back babyface he will be ready for a world championship run.

But, knowing WWE they will do the opposite and turn Ambrose heel and make Reigns look like Superman and the fans simply wont buy it, just like they didnt leading up to WrestleMania.

For the record I think Ambrose would be a fantastic heel, but he has been booked vulnerable that if he turned on Reigns no one would really see him as a legitimate threat to SuperReigns so I dont think fans would get as invested in that feud.

This is a good read on Bayley, why she is awesome, and how the WWE will probably eventually fug her up too when she gets to the main roster.

And this is an article from before last Saturday's match that shows how a long fleshed out storyline that makes sense will get people invested in women's wrestling matches just as much and any men's match.

I wish the women's division would just get their own show.   Sometime I like their matches, but mostly they aren't very good and the storylines are terrible.   I've always felt like the WWE rams the women down our throats and forces us to watch the matches.   I don't think WWE has fully committed and that half the time they are just out there as eye candy still, which is why most of the matches annoy me.     With their own program you can have different titles and different tiers just like the men.  That way you don't have these stupid stables and you can get some REAL feuds going.

If they can't support their own program then it isn't meant to be, but I don't know why they couldn't just ditch Main Event or Superstars and put a FULL blown women's show on the network.

It's called NXT where the women and their storylines are treated the same level as the men and have been consistently overshadowing and outperforming most of the men for about a year now

The best match all of last weekend was Bayley v Sasha Banks.  But it was great not only because the match itself was amazing, but also because there was a story that had been building for 2 years around it, and a crowd of 16,000 people were 100% invested in the match.

I agree that the problem is with the front office.  Not the women, because Sasha, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte have proven that they can fugging wrestle their asses off when given the time to put together a program and 20 minute match.

Sasha Banks is a star but WWE cant get out of their own way

I feel like Lance Storm freaking nailed it:

"...let me first state that I am a big fan and supporter of women's wrestling and have a great deal of respect for many of the women involved in the "Divas revolution". For the most part I think the Divas Revolution is being screwed and unless they change the way it is being presented it will fail, or at least not succeed to the level it could or more importantly should."

"In NXT they are women wrestlers, they are competing for the NXT Women's Championship; a title belt that looks credible (actually better than the Men's Title in my opinion) and therefore can be respected. We were never told that the women were going to be taken seriously or that they were going to have good matches and be respected. They were just presented on the show in a respectable light, allowed to focus on competing to be a champion, and given enough time to do a good job if they were able. The women worked hard, had good matches, were given good angles, and fans started to care, and they got over. It was in a sense Organic."

"When the crowd on RAW in Brooklyn turned on the women's match it wasn't the fault of the crowd nor the fault of the women, it was the way it was presented. In the promo to set up the match Nikki Bellaactually said that wins and losses didn't matter and that these muti-diva matches are pointless. She said the only thing that mattered was the Diva's Title and how she will soon be the longest reigning Diva's Champ of all time. How can anyone be surprised or angry that the crowd gave up on the match that followed when they were flat out told before it started that it didn't matter?"

They are still sharing the spotlight on NXT.  They need their own show, no men, etc.  Lance Storm is right though.

I just don't think they'll ever get the push they need on RAW because I'm not sure that many people care, or care more than men's matches.  It's ok to have a PPV match, but I think their own weekly show and a PPV match or two would be more than enough to get that division going.

I agree that a lot of fans don't care right now, but that could be because the WWE booking team hasnt given us anything to care about yet.

There have been some subtle hints lately of stress in the factions so hopefully they will get away from these "teams" soon.  I think I said it in an earlier post, the teams are good in the sense that it gets more of the women on TV, but it is holding them back from shining on their own.  Especially Sasha Banks.

Honestly they should just get rid of everyone except the Bella twins (actually they suck but are coupled with the most important wrestlers on the roster), Paige, Charlotte, Becky, and Sasha Banks.  And then center everything around being the Diva's champ.

Then in 6 months Bayley comes up to main roster and saves us all!!!  :-P

Yeah a quality over quantity approach would be nice.  Too many of the divas are boring, they should keep the ones that are interesting.

I also just hate the divas show they run, I know it's reality tv but I always felt it's demeaning and hurts the division too because of that.

The Diva division won't be fixed because of the tv show and the title name.

3 steps to fixing the women's division in WWE.

1. Get rid of the diva show and the diva title.

2. Rename the championship the WWE women's championship.

3. Put the focus on in ring performance. Legit storylines that make the audience care and get invested.

There's a reason the NXT division works, it's because Triple H gets it and has control. Vince doesn't care and it shows with the product on both sides with Raw and Smackdown. I can't wait till Triple H and Steph have full control of creative with the main roster.

The Sasha and Bayley match will probably end up being the match of the year for wwe.

    • His o loaded with swift, dj, Keenan and Rome was inconsistent at best. The d was bad. And the game management was atrocious and lost them games.  He was terrible and made the team worse. I wish they kept him
    • That is my point.  I think teams make a huge mistake when they pay their decent to average QBs top QB money because they feel that they have to match the market or lose their investment--There is no way, for example, that Tua or Prescott or Murray should all be making more than Mahomes--I mean, Dak makes $15m per season more than Mahomes. People say, "Well, when its his turn...." But that is not how it should be--so my point was that Bryce can be doing mediocre to good enough in 2 years, but the way it is going, you have to pay him at the starting QB rate--currently $60m.  So even if you think he will continue to improve, at $60 m, he would eliminate any chance for a ring---so my view is, if he is not elite, you cut him.  So you draft QBs now and see what you can make of them.
    • With two 4ths and three 5ths I’m hoping we can kill it on adding depth. Take a gamble with the two 7ths.  First 3 picks id love to address the defense. I expect Tuttle, Robinson, and Jewell to all be on the 2025 roster but not after that. Be a good time to add depth and let them develop a year.
