Alright @Mol3m4n the fugging women stole the show again.  That Bayley v Sasha match was better than Sasha v Becky Lynch epic match, and probably the best women's match I have ever seen.  And that curtain call.... the feels *sniff*

Maybe it is because I am the ultimate Bayley mark, but that match was everything that a wrestling match should be about.  It is why I watch this crap lol.

5 stars

Horrible finishes. Brock vs Taker was ruined. Main roster outdone again.

Yeah, it wasn't a terrible SummerSlam but the finishes of the two main matches were dumb.

Unsuprisingly the match or the night IMO was Owens v Cesaro.  Cena v Rollins was great, but the end kinda ruined it.  Taker v Lesnar same thing.  I thought that match was actually going to be pretty bad going in, but I thought it was actually really good overall, but again, the ending was dumb.

Ambreigns vs Wyatt family was decent but there seemed to be something missing.  Just didnt have any heat it and it should have with talent in the ring and their history.  I thought a twist was coming in that match and it didn't and it was nothing special.

The problem with the "diva revolution" is that 3 of the top 4 women wrestlers on the roster are on the same team.  Also, Sasha Banks is just a damn star.  I love everything about her.  Her character and in ring ability are a cut above everyone else right now.

The team thing is good in the sense that it gets all the girls on TV but it hurts because it is making it hard for them to stand out on their own.  I already can't wait for team PCB to break up and get Becky v Charlotte or Charlotte v Paige.

Match of the weekend and legitimate match of the year candidate still goes to Bayley v Sasha Banks.  All the shitty finishes in the world cant take that match away from me.

It wasn't bad but I was underwhelmed for a 4 hour hype.  Owens/Cesaro was the best, and we need more rematches, and those guys need titles somehow, they are great.  Cena vs Rollins was the 2nd best for me, the ending annoyed me because Rollins should have won clean but I'll take it.   Surprisingly, I think the tag title match was the 3rd best match for me.  I was impressed by the 4-way match and usually "meh" at tag matches, so that was nice.  The diva match was the 4th for me.

Shaemus and Orton was the worst, and that's sad, but it's because even Orton has a hard time carrying the terrible wrestler known as Shaemus and his 3 moves.  He's so bad, I don't get why he has the MITB, he's a mid-carder as best, all day.

The IC title was OK, it's hard to have a match with Big Show, I think everyone has to carry him, he's too slow and was never a great wrestler anyway, it's just time to hang it up.  I would have much rather had a Miz vs Ryback match (really should be guys like Cesaro/Owens fighting for that title, but whatever).

Ambrose/Reigns/Wyatts was solid, but nothing memorable, which was disappointing, there should have been more tables and crazy stuff going on, imo.

Ziggler/Rusev, a double count out on a PPV?  Stupid.  Too much chick nonsense as well.  The WWE has went to great lengths to put the divas in respectable territory and then they got these ladies acting so cliche.   It was a decent match up to that point though.

The Arrow match was good, I was really impressed by him being a celebrity, he didn't look too out of place.   I have to give respect and he took some hits and bruises.

And then Brock/Taker.  Sigh.  The match wasn't too bad actually, it was close to being really good, then THAT happened.  Undertaker has never been THAT type of wrestler and to change him THIS far into his career is just stupid.  I hated it.  Either make him win, or lose, but make it fair.   He needs to retire, it's just over.  Brock needs to be fighting guys like Triple H, Cesaro, Owens, maybe the Rock for a comeback, but not this, it's so overplayed and Undertaker needs to retire just like the Big Show and Kane.

But at least we got this gif :

I liked the Stewart swerve. They've been booking Rollins weak as poo, and I'm not ready to see Cena tie Flair's record because he's not even 40 yet, and of course they're not going to let Rollins go over Cena clean even though that's what I'd really like to see, because Rollins is one of the most talented guys they've got and he deserves it.

The Taker/Lesnar ending would've been more fun if they did it the exact same way but with a special guest referee instead. Imagine if Triple H was the guy yelling at the timekeeper. You could instead have a more direct Lesnar vs. Authority feud now.

You know, when I saw Jon Stewart with his little retirement beard I thought to myself "he actually is starting to look like Vince Russo"

So it was kind of fitting that he got involved in the most Russo style booking swerve possible.

First off, let me say to @Teeray that I'm not a big fan of Bayley's character, but her and Banks put on a fantastic match.

SummerSlam was a horribly booked event. The two best matches of the night was the tag team match and the arrow match.

Sheamus and Orton was just okay, but it set the tempo well. I was very excited wroth the tag team match. I was very impressed with the lucha dragons. Los matadores even had a bright spot. I was surprised by Amell's move set in such a limited time. I think Rusev is a horrible wrestler and Ziggler is overrated.

Now here are my legit problems: Cena was not ready for a comeback. He looked tired and was sluggish for the whole night. Rollins had some really good moves, but neither superstar could sell. The Jon Stewart interference was the worst thing I've ever witnessed. Triple H or Ric Flair I understand, but come on.

The divas match was absolutely horrible. It was very slow paced, one sided, and one team was eliminated in 5 minutes. So much for a revolution when the Bellas are in control for 95 percent of a match.

The Undertaker  and Lesnar had a good match, but what in the hell was that cop out ending. I don't even mind a heel Taker, but don't make him a coward heel. There was the moment where Brock laughed at Taker and he laughed back. I thought it was hilarious.

Reigns, Ambrose, and the Wyatt's had a bad match. You could not tell there was a star in the ring. There were some horrible mess ups by all four and Ambrose just had me laughing at one point.

How can tge WWE fug up the Diva's division so badly.  I felt terrible for the women last night.  These girls are good at what they do but somehow WWE is completely dropping the ball.  At least there was a "We want Sasha" chant last night.

But always awesome to take a trip back to Dudleyville.  That was pretty fugging awesome.  And anytime Sting shows up it is a good show no matter what.

But the women deserve better than what the front office and fans are giving them right now.

Bayley and Sasha proved you can develop an awesome story and amazing match centered around women wrestlers that deserve to be near the top of the card.  But Vince cant get out of his 90's way if thinking about what women should be doing in wrestling.

Ugh

I'm kind of over Sting, you realize nowadays he's just not a very good wrestler but it could still be exciting.

Dudley's being back in perfect timing for what looks like a decent tag-team division if WWE doesn't screw it up.

Yeah i totally marked out when the Dudleys showed up.  They said even the other wrestlers were kept in the dark about it until they showed up behind the curtain

I thought that Bubba was signed for NXT. Man, was I wrong.

was going to be if they couldn't get the tag team back, which they did. So onto Raw they go. Disliked both finishes at the PPV. On Sting and the title shot I disagree, resetting the title picture is needed and they need to rebuild sting for WrestleMania. Giving him the title for a month and having him beat Rollins twice does nothing to Rollins if they do it right.

Sheamus is winning the title with the MITB anyways, best way to do that is with a cash in after a hell in a cell match.

So sting beats Rollins when Interference from the authority goes wrong, wins again at Hell in a cell with Sheamus cashing in after the match is over.

Lets them roll into a Rollins face turn and fued with the Triple H. Gives them a bigger heel to go against Brock in the title picture and resets the stage for Sting's last match at Wrestlemania.

I'm doubtful that Wwe creative thinks that far ahead though. Lol
