I'm in 2020 on my Madden Connected Franchise and Smitty still hasn't retired and put up I think 1200 yards last year. I think he might be second or 3rd all time now.

 

Uhh if he played until 2020 he'd be 2nd all time by far. He's 2,672 away from TO so if he put up 1200 yards in 2019 and played from 2015 to then he would probably have like 20,000 (still 3,000 less than Rice though...)

 

Honestly think that he'll play even longer than the 2 years he has left on his Ravens contract. If I were him I'd want to chase #2 on the leader boards. I bet he wants to, and will try to do so. It's completely reasonable to see him being able to get another 3,000 yards.

Been a fan since 95. Used to be a big Steve Smith fan but couldn't stand his actions. I've liked him less and less as years went on and couldn't wait till he retired. I never thought he'd be cut, but imagine us having ZERO receiving options and STILL giving this quality (on the field) player the axe. That's how big of a problem his attitude was. (Is)

 

 

Thanks for saving me the trouble of typing out almost the exact same thing.  Liking him less and less as I got older and older...some sort of correlation there I think.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about his much publicized ability to put Cobras, specifically King Cobras, into a trance like sleep. It's really pretty remarkable. I read somewhere that he learned it while hitch hiking through Death Valley back in the 90s. My understanding is that he uses a rhythmic motion and a soft humming. Pretty amazing stuff.
