This was posted on draft day, but I think it's worth another look. He's not gonna run away from CB's, but he does everything else you'd want from a RB. And zero fumbles in two seasons.

While I agree that he doesn't have Chris Johnson type of speed I would say he is faster then some on here would have you believe.

He actually had one of the better 40 yard dash times at the combine among running backs.

For a man his size hed have to run 4.7 everyday for him to be considered in the slowish category. If he can average 4.6 hes has good enough speed for this league.

4.6 is plenty of speed for a RB. Small area quickness, burst, and vision are far more important than pure straight line speed.

he was a steal in the 5th.

I like the chances of both.  Artis-Payne and Wegher.  I think they both have solid chances to make this team and contribute.

Dude has quick feet. Very decisive. There is a lot to like about this back. Easy to see why we targeted him.
