After two straight garbage drafts and needing a quality player with their first pick of the draft, they select this turd who was off the board of most teams after being kicked off of Michigan's team.  Now this.  After this new news, what will they do?  More importantly, what will the shield do???

The NFL can't do anything. Incidents prior to entrance to the NFL are not subject to discipline by the NFL. However, if something else happens he can be deemed a repeat DV offender.

?  Shane Ray already has substance abuse status.

If they were to cut him , what's the over/under on how many days before Cowboys sign him? Then the media can talk about how Jerry likes to give 2nd chances and Dallas has all the infrastructure to help him.

They're pretty deep at DE. But then again they were pretty deep at OL before signing Collins... Doubt they would try and get him but who knows.

Did I read the article right in it basically saying the Seahawks told Clark to get this stuff dealt with before the draft so he wouldn't face suspension? Not like it would matter anyway, a team like the Seahawks are above the rules just like NE so he wont see a suspension due to a technicality which was intentionally used by the Seahawks to circumvent the new stance of DV cases.

The same NE who lost a 1st rounder for spy gate and is about to have their star QB suspended?

The whole "some teams are above the rules" myth perpetuated on this board is ridiculous.
