49ers LB Ahmad Brooks accused of sexual assualt (by same woman w/Ray Mcdonald!)

Recommended Posts

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Ahmad Brooks has been accused of sexually assaulting a passed out woman at a then-teammate's home ... according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

The woman making the allegations is the same woman who previously claimed she was raped by Ray McDonald ... a former 49ers defensive end who now plays for the Chicago Bears.

McDonald had sued the woman for defamation ... after the San Jose PD investigated the allegations but dropped the case due to insufficient evidence.

Now, the woman is firing back in the defamation lawsuit -- claiming she believes there is SURVEILLANCE VIDEO from the night in question ... which shows part of the alleged sexual assault.

According to the docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the woman says on December 14th, 2014 she was at McDonald's home and slipped and fell on the deck around his swimming pool, knocking herself unconscious for more than 8 minutes.
While she was blacked out, the woman claims the video will show McDonald's friend Brooks "groped her person in a sexual manner."

She claims McDonald then carried her up to his bedroom where he had sex with her ... without her consent.

The woman is going after McDonald for assault and battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress. Ditto for Brooks.
We've reached out to Brooks for comment -- so far, no word back.

Wonder if this'll be investigated by the police officer who works part time for the 49ers, like the first incident was.

Lol wow I forgot about that.......no bias in the investigation whatsoever amirite

Whew so glad we're not the team that's going to be blitzed by the media. 49ers are in for long rough downhill ride into franchise purgatory. Brooks is done for this season and the next. I predicted that there would be suspensions this season and here they fuging come.

So the next question is, who will the 49ers select no 1 overall next year?

This will be the 3rd starting LB they've lost unexpectedly, so I'm betting on a LB. I'm also betting on more suspensions coming this season, and if they hit our NFC rivals oh boy.

Blood is in the water. Women now know the environment is ripe for bringing up charges against NFL players. Gold diggers, escorts, ordinary women, they're all going to make their moves to nail dumb and or mentally ill NFL players. I just hope Hardy was the only problem on this team.

    • If there's a prospect who looks strong on the field but has the question marks, makes sense to bring them in and see if they are indeed a nutjob or not.  Especially if they couldn't get a good sense in limited time to meet him at the combine.  Randy Mueller has talked about it before -- many GMs don't just use these top-30s to validate the guys they already love.  Although we seem to do that and kind of show our cards a lot lol.   But to the point, if they love tape, have met enough coaches/teammates and talked to them at the bowls/workouts, many teams don't need to wine and dine and get to know them.   There's certain guys who get to know regional scouts, GMs and position coaches starting mid-college season last year.    On the flipside, there's the wildcards who aren't privy to developing relationships with the pro-community while in school, have bad reps, and teams need to dig a bit further into it.  A top-30 becomes a good measuring stick for those teams think could be a stellar fit but are unsure on who the guy actually is - which matters a ton at the end of the day.  Organizational fit has so much more weight than let on and is why these drafts after the first few picks get so all over the map.
