NFL says Pats guilty, and Brady knew

Recommended Posts

whatever outcome it had or didn't have on the Indy game or any other game really doesn't matter much to me....the fact is, they got caught cheating, again.  The part that really pisses me off is I'm sure that the timing of this coming out isn't a coincidence at all...season is over, draft is over....well, I guess we better deal with this.

Like it took five months or however long to get this sorted.........Goodell is like that 243 page findings, redundant and meaningless now.

Probable like 50%, 75%, 100%?

This whole thing is stupid. Sounds like Colt and Seahawk fans are still mad.

In the NFL, doubtful is 25%, questionable is 50% and probable is 75%.

So we'll go with 75% chance of Brady and Belichik fugery.

I wished the NFL would go ahead and say it like it is, yeah Tom and the Hood with the Kraftness did it once again cheated.

The reason such "mild" language is used is because this is not a criminal case where the legal standards for burden of proof are different. Thus that is the language most investigative reports in non-criminal cases will use. It doesn't mean he isn't culpable.

Brady was "generally" aware? What kind of poo is that?

The same poo Bush-Dick said about WMD and Lois Lerner on tax targeting but basically beat around the bush and go into PR mode to ensure the golden boy stays looking good.

True but at the end of the day that terminology actually means yup he did it so what now.
