reminds me of the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Both Clinton and Brady did sonething wrong that a lot of people didn't think was a big deal, then both of them lied about it during their press conferences on the matter, then both got busted. Most people still like Clinton, a lot of people will still like Tom, but nobody will forget about the Lewinsky Scandal or Deflategate

This is a joke. It's 'probable' that they deliberately deflated balls. Brady was generally aware?

That's common sense.

It took months of investigation to come to this conclusion? This whole thing was just a waste of time, energy and money.

Seems now that these are specific legal terms that means they are quilty and Tom knew. They sound like soft words but aren't in terms of civil court language.
